Sanofi, Empowering Life In this context, Sanofi is looking for: AN APPRENTICE – Employee Experience Project Manager (All genders) Location: Gentilly Assignment: Within the Service Digital and Communication and in connection with your tutor, you will support the project management regarding the employee experience and the change implementation within the company. In this context, your missions will consist in: Support the collection and analysis of the employees’ feedbacks,Participate in the management of the user groups,Facilitate and coordinate projects from the beginning to the implementation,Collaborate in the communication content creation to make it attractive. Required profile: You are looking for an apprenticeship contract of 12 months, starting in September 2023 as part of a training of level BAC +5 in Marketing, Communication or Project Management in University, Business School or Communication School. For this position, you justify knowledges in content creation and data analysis. You are very comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, and the mastering of Power Bi will be appreciated. Your rigor and your analytical mind allow you to carry out your missions. Creative and with excellent communication skills, you enjoy working in a team and interacting on transversal topics.
