OUR TEAM Reporting directly to the Head of site, the Supply Chain Head ensures to the site internal clients the availability of Raw Materials, Consumables, Packaging Supplies and Logistic Services required for their activity, at the lowest cost of implementation in the short, medium, and long term, in conformity with the defined quality, technical and logistical specifications, within deadlines and planning, adherent to Quality & HSE policies, Sanofi's procedures, ethical rules and values. The Supply Chain Head represents the Supply Chain function (about 70 people) in the Site Leadership team and during customer meetings, audits, and regulatory inspections. Job title: Supply Chain HeadGrade: L4Hiring Manager: Pierre BLANCLocation: Vitry sur SeineHome office possible - no travel expectedJob type: Permanent, Full time MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As Supply Chain Head, you Represent the site within Sanofi Industrial Network on Supply Chain matters, participating to relevant global S&OPs, connecting with Industrial Product Leaders, managing communication with key stakeholders and you are part of the Site Leadership Committee Build site production & sourcing plan to satisfy demand, in respect of Sanofi Supply Chain guidelines & targets (costs, inventory, environmental, etc.)Lead the planning & schedule of plant's activities, and supervise the End-to-End flows across the siteDrive continuous improvement actions & projects to improve Supply Chain department efficiency as well as flow management across the site value chain (inventory & cycle time)Actively support the GMP compliance of the site by supporting inspections (GQA, ANSM, FDA): preparation, execution, follow-up of CAPA's and site inspection readiness programManages Supply Chain information systems ecosystem – data structure, experts & administers, data management processes; including systems update or new systems roll-outManage & develop Supply chain department teamsMaterial & site planningWarehousing (incl. sampling, weighing & dispensing)Customer service & transportationInformation Systems & Master Data ABOUT YOU Experience: confirmed experience in a similar position - an experience in pharma industry is a plusSoft skills: Leadership skills & experience of management of large teams (+30 employees), operational rigor, structure & analytics, anticipation, communication & collaboration skillsTechnical skills: Mastering the rules of stock management, planning, scheduling, and supply, Mastering the quality standards, Regulatory and technological knowledge (BPF, cGMP), tools and systems used on the siteEducation: Pharmacist, Engineer, master's degrees in logistics or master's degrees in businessLanguages: Fluent in English and French is a must Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
