Our Team: This role will support a dedicated site quality improvement program, with the direct mission to further enhance specific work process to ensure ongoing site compliance in the manufacture of our life saving products. The project is part of a globally supported initiative and will work directly with site manufacturing and other key stakeholders; both locally and within the company network, to develop, enhance and effectively implement key improvements. The project team will consist of a significant number of discipline specific specialists, project specialists and key site persons to ensure operational alignment and realization. Main responsibilities: The Change Control coordinator will support project members with specialized process capability to effectively present and gain approval of the project driven change request. The person will be responsible for the overall change management such as facilitation of the change plan, stakeholder reviews, day-to-day approval management of the change request process, managing the change implementation process and tracking the timely implementation. Reviewing change plans and schedules. Planning activities include scheduling the change request, assessing risk and impact, creating plans, defining and sequencing the tasks needed to accomplish the change request, and scheduling people and resources for each task. Gathering appropriate information based on the type of change being investigated Providing status updates and weekly progress reporting to stakeholders and project management. Determining requester satisfaction with change request Scheduling and facilitating post-implementation reviews to validate the results of the effectiveness of the change request About you Experience: Must have working knowledge of Change Management process and industry specific Quality Assurance/Quality by Design frameworks. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role successful facilitating change management Soft skills: Be thorough and pay attention to detail. Able to work well with others. Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks. Technical skills: Strong Business automation and workflow process development is desirable. Industry specific change management expertise. Risk management experience an advantage. Education: Relevant qualification in Quality, business or relevant discipline Languages: Proficiency in French Language.
