In this transition the Innovation Portfolio Excellence team is responsible for a continuous optimization of innovation management and decision-making processes, monitoring the planning, delivery and performance of our innovations, providing systems, tools and training to foster data-driven portfolio management in close cross-functional co-operation to establish innovation best practices to drive the FMCH ambition through innovation. The Innovation Portfolio Excellence team is a part of the Portfolio and Project Management Organization in the Science Hub. In this setting the Global Innovation Portfolio Analyst is a key position impacting the maximization of growth, create focus on bigger, better, fewer & faster projects, and to optimize OPEX. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Shape CHC portfolio analytics to drive data-driven portfolio decisions and culture in CHC.Be the 1st contact for portfolio analytics and related questions for CHC colleagues.Supply portfolio data analytics on portfolio health, innovation performance and innovation KPIs to internal decision makers & category teams.Evolve analytics by integrating data from different sources (Finance, CMI, IA) and align on actionable reports and KPIs.Manage portfolio planning activities and provide supportive tools.Business owner of our BI platform for portfolio management and analytics.Inspire and train colleagues on actionable analytics with our portfolio BI tools.Work with regional and category portfolio leads on best practices and standardization of portfolio reporting.
