Your key responsibilities will be to Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspectiveDefine, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysisWork cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departmentsBe accountable for delivering incremental value every sprintManage backlog prioritization of workWork with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issuesInspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible PROFILE Your skills & capabilities Strong drive and ability to build & share product visionExcellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholdersProven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teamsTrack-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindsetSolid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & IntegrationStrong cross-functional leadership & influencing skillsStrong project management skills5 to 10+ years’ experience in product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in healthcare/biotech Why Sanofi Digital?
