Description du poste

Le contenu du poste est libellé en anglais car il nécessite de nombreuses interactions avec nos filiales à l’international, l'anglais étant la langue de travail.  MISSION Vaccines Industrial Affaires (VIA) is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Evolutive Vaccine Facility (EVF). The EVF Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi Pasteur strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges. Digital will be one of the key topics to help EVF to reach its ambition. On top of it, VIA is also embarked with the ambition to leapfrog the competition through a digital acceleration program with the following vision: “VIA will fully integrate Digital capabilities & culture within its operations to boost business growth and profitability in 2025+”. Under the orientation of EVF Global Manufacturing 4.0 Booster Leader, the Global Manufacturing 4.0 Booster is responsible to Develop and drive a strategic plan to integrate Digital approaches in his/her business functions of EVF project in order to position Digital capabilities at the highest level of the EVF ambitionUnderstand the business needs on his/her respective area and transform them in a tangible and achievable roadmap in close relationship of the Global Digital teams and ITS partnersTo proactively seek out digital opportunities, take responsibility of initiatives and manage their outcomes with the aim of enhancing the overall user experience KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Master planning To proactively work with a variety of EVF functional teams in identifying the specific digital opportunities and requirements that exist across the entire business and actual portfolioIntegrate and manage a technology and digital roadmap per product that prioritizes EVF digital efforts towards its digital ambitionContributes to project/budget definition and follows up with ITSOversees all the EVF roll-out and provides a consolidated progress reportIs responsible for stakeholder management System Ownership & Governance Adapts deployment package to accelerate digital solution adoption at EVF levelMonitors adherence to standards across the EVF and engage mitigations when neededIs the single point of contact of ITS for all Digital related topics at EVF levelIs responsible for consolidated technology and compliance risks and is accountable to report through the appropriate channels Process alignment and business value realization Lead the roll out of existing global Digital products meanwhile ensure synergies with the global Digital roadmaps)Contributes to assess high level Human and Organizational Impacts on EVF to prepare the change management associated to the Digital products roll-out Training, change management and communication Provide education and guidance to EVF functional teams on the way digital solutions might impact the way their teams work, and support them in embedding changeEstablish and review where EVF teams currently stands in terms of digital level and expertiseContribute to maintaining up to date library of standard and methodologies applicable to digital solutions and train project teams from various buildings on those standards (templates, charters)Drives & maintains Key users community knowledge at site levelContributes to user guides & training modules design & delivery SCOPE AND DIMENSIONS Breadth of responsibility (global/regional/country/site) Brownfield Location in France (Neuville) and a Greenfield Location in Asia (Singapore)Accountable for both booster execution and performance trajectory  Key dimensions Strong Interfaces with overall EVF Functions (Production, Quality, MTECH, etc.)Up to 1 M€ budget Freedom to act, level of autonomy Fix harmonization rules in accordance to the objectivesResponsibility to report risk and difficulties, define remediation plan and request support Ways of working Working collaboratively across departments and functions at EVF global levelStrong communication skills, written and verbal with practical results of methods and approaches that have proven effectiveStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to take risks to achieve desired outcomes PROFILE Competencies (LEAD model) – key competencies the job holder will be evaluated on (HOW in 9box) Think Strategically/Act for Change/Commit to CustomersCooperate Transversally/Strive for Results/Make Decision Education and experience MandatoryAdvances degree, with 5+ years in manufacturing operations and executing large scale strategic programsManufactory 4.0 & Fit 4/SMS mindsetVaccines & Biotech Processes understanding/knowledgeCreativity/Conceptual abilityHigh level of autonomyStrong intrinsic problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, able to manage effectively multiple level communications up to top management and down to project team members, able to manage cross-sites and cross-functional communicationsLeadership/Experience in multi-functions large projects lead and in understanding customer's voice and quality requirements is a mustFluent in English (speaking and writing)
