Contenu du poste libellé en anglais en raison de la dimension internationale du rôle As the main point of contact for executive offers and contractual questions, the Executive Reward Manager will collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations, execute and develop policies that ensure proper, accurate and timely reward decisions throughout the employment life cycle for senior executives. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION, OFFERS, AND POLICIES Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to align offers which ensure market competitiveness and internal equity for critical executive positions.Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Rewards Leadership regarding non-standard / tailored compensation & benefits packages, based on research and data analysisOversee the preparation and review of employment contracts and other legal documents, focusing especially on non-standard provisions for the senior executive population.Manage relocation for high profile international permanent transfer hires, in coordination with relocation vendors, tax advisors, payroll teams and local HRProvide advice on matters around employment law, identifying the key questions/risks which much be managed in relation to specific executive dossiersAdvise in severance situations, liaising as needed with external and internal specialists (lawyers, tax advisors), to oversee preparation of severance agreements and take responsibility for execution of these arrangementsManage executive compensation policies and programs interacting proactively with leaders to ensure alignment with business and HR imperatives.Ensure executive compensation practices are fair and equitable, aligned to company values, and comply with employment regulations and governance standardsAnalyze cost impacts, legal implications and practical considerations of changes to executive compensation programsCreate and maintain informational material related to annual compensation, sign-on/one-time pay, and general terms and conditions for senior level candidatesProvide executive compensation expertise and support to due diligence and planning of restructuring activity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures EXECUTIVE MARKET INTELLIGENCE, GOVERNANCE, AND COMPLIANCE Provide insights and observations based on executive compensation and benefits surveys and market practices analysis to support and recommendations related policies and individual proposals.Oversee job matching to executive compensation surveys, job grading recommendations, and analysis of market data for senior positions.Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices pertaining to executive compensation design and administration practices and keep current on regulatory changes.Serve as a lead subject matter expert on executive contractual issues (i.e. non-compete, severance, claw-back)Conduct research related to executive compensation and employment law as needed to provide advice or following up on legal actions related to the senior executive population.Assist with preparation of Compensation Committee meeting materials and supporting analysesMaintain confidentiality and security of all company, employee, and proprietary informationParticipate the planning and implementation of updates to HR systems and tools, in relation to executive compensation. PROFILE Degree / significant experience with legal and tax matters related to employment in French & International environmentUnderstanding of the landscape of C&B in the European Union (especially France) as well as the United StatesExceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing prioritiesExceptional interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management across various functional areas and geographiesStrong analytical skills with ability to grasp issues quickly and exercise good judgment based on policies, procedures, practices, risk factors and precedent.Precision, rigor, extreme attention to detail in the content and form of presentationsAbility be self-directed and motivatedAbility to work in French and EnglishAbsolute respect of confidentiality
