At Curious Connect we run programmes with online personalised coaching and automatised prospective application email campaigns to help each student reach their dream apprenticeships, ranging from data to business development. We commercialised our programmes for higher educational institutions in Paris in November 2019 and have had a 75% success rate - as opposed to 52% failure on average in France! We are currently accelerating our sales and operations: Curious Connect grew up to a team of 4 brilliant coaches and 2 dev/engineers in only 6 months to deliver our programmes to 10-15 schools and help over 200 future apprentices in 2020. We are looking for an Operations Manager: o an Entrepreneur and Manager at heart A business / product management experienced individual ready to take the lead and adapt very quickly to any given situation. You are willing and able to put in the energy & long hours whilst keeping high motivation for running for the marathon with us together as a cohesive team. o Growth-driven & Highly organised Growth is your main goal and you work hard and autonomously to solve problems and reach your targets. Your organisation skills are bullet-proof. You swiftly switch from running daily ops to thinking about KPI and long-term strategy. o Ready to take responsibilities and work flexibly To get hands-on in our daily ops and long-term priorities, and manage operations and people. Your agility, versatile skills and ability to learn fast make you stand out as a manager. o Experienced in Tech Operations You need to structure, communicate and execute things well following best practices. Having 2-3 years of experience working with databases / Saas products in a scaling Tech startup is a huge plus. o Excellent Communicator & French and English Speaker You use your excellent communication skills with Tech and Business teams as well as with clients and investors to reach your goals. Any additional language is a plus.
Your Role will be: o People Management / Client Success Management Working directly with the CEO for client success and coordinating the tech and coaching teams with a big focus on the daily ops and delivery of our current and new offers to meet our client’s needs. o Product and Ops Management Leading the optimisation and scaling of our operations and product in relation to our Tech team. You will be in charge of daily, hands-on ops and will master 100% the process. No specific Tech skills is required but you will need to understand our Tech product and be ready to delve into our databases and product if needed. o HR / Recruiting Growing and driving our teams with positive leadership. You will also help attracting and recruiting the best profiles for the business needs in due time. o Business Development, Communication & Marketing Once you are settled into the role, you will be able to take on more responsibilities in marketing, communication, and business development, overseeing our development by taking feedback from our clients on our current offer. o Growth & Leadership Taking as many responsibilities and tasks as needed to best drive the company to success, including database manual work, fundraising, legal and admin tasks when necessary.
